The District takes pride in the Maintenance of its facilities and grounds. We are constantly striving to not only maintain existing community assets but to add new amenities through our Capital Improvement program. Some recent projects have been the installation of a new HVAC system in the Rush Park Auditorium and interior improvements, the interior remodel of the Rossmoor Park Community Center and addition of a new wooden canopy and many others.
