| Gone are the days when neighborhood dogs were allowed to run free. Rossmoor's beauty causes some of us to forget that they live in an urban environment. Unleashed dogs are a danger to themselves and others. They can get in a dog fight, bite a child, get struck by a car, frighten park patrons. For the safety of yourself, your pet and other park patrons and their pets, please keep your dogs leashed at all times. Be sure to clean up after your pet as well. It's the law.
