Concert and Movie in the Park Combo at Rush Park on July 23rd

Come join us Rossmoor, for our only Concert & Movie in The Park Combo on July 23rd!!! Don't miss this special performance of our summer Movies in the Park series with live music. Local vocal group KULAYD will be performing at 6pm and the movie ONWARD showing at dusk.

Happy Independence Day! The Rossmoor Community Services District would like to wish everyone a safe and happy 4th of July!

The RCSD office will be closed July 5th in observance of the holiday. Please be advised there will be no street sweeping on Monday July 5th and will resume on July 12th. Lastly, CR&R Waste & Recycling Service would like to remind everyone there will be no interruption in waste services for the upcoming holiday.

In times of drought, our city’s trees need our help. When we cut down on watering our landscapes, our trees suffer especially those that grew dependent on lawn watering. A tree may look healthy, but without adequate water it becomes stressed and may die. Look around your neighborhood. Stressed trees are everywhere: dry and sparse leaf coverage, dead and dying branches. When it comes to sharing our water, trees should be our priority! View Brochure.

Approximately 10,500 residents make their home in this unincorporated bedroom community located behind a signature brick wall situated between the cities of Seal Beach and Los Alamitos. The Special District of Rossmoor is governed by a five member Board of Directors, who are elected by the residents of Rossmoor and operates under the supervision of a General Manager.
