Please be aware that these letters do not come from the District, nor has the RCSD Board of Directors approved either their contents or the use of the District’s seal.

Youth Sports Practices Postponed in Orange County Due to New State Guidance Santa Ana, Calif. (July 8, 2020) – The State of California has recently amended its guidance regarding youth sports practices, team drills and training and will no longer allow them to occur throughout the state. The State’s Day Camps and Fitness Facility guidelines were used by counties across the state to allow for youth sports practices, team drills and training. At this time, youth sports activities including practices will be postponed until further direction is provided from the State.

Rossmoor Community Services District is partnering with the Los Alamitos Unified School District and the Cities of Los Alamitos and Seal Beach to thank and honor essential workers as Shining Stars: The Red, White, Blue, and YOU. Healthcare professionals, military personnel, firefighters, police officers, school employees, grocery and restaurant workers, the postal service, and bankers are working around the clock providing vital service to Rossmoor and surrounding communities throughout this crisis.
