You're invited to an open house to learn about the proposed improvements to the 1-605/ Katella Avenue Interchange,and to discuss study results and share your comments. OCTA and Caltrans are proposing to improve mobility within the interchange, smooth traffic flow, and enhance pedestrian and bicycle pathways.Studies indicate the proposed project will not significantly affect the quality of the environment. A draft environmental document has been prepared that evaluates the project's potentTal benefits and effects, and we'd like your input. This document is available for review and comment from April 9 to May 8, 2018 at http://www. dot.ca.gov/dl2/DEA/605/0K8  70.
